Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data for analysis
– Build simple reports and visualizations to support business teams
– Help monitor key metrics and investigate anomalies
– Document data sources, definitions, and processes
– Support senior analysts on ongoing analytics projects

Qualifications:
– Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience (bootcamp, internship, self-taught)
– Basic knowledge of Excel and an interest in SQL and BI tools
– Strong desire to learn and grow within data analytics
– Great attention to detail and time management
– Effective communicator and team player
