Junior Creatio Developer

We are looking for CRM experts who want to grow in Creatio — if you have experience in Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other leading systems, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed in Creatio. Responsibilities ● Supporting the development team in delivering IT projects based on the Creatio platform ● Building and configuring applications using low-code tools and C#/.NET ● Developing backend services and enhancing system functionality ● Participating in system integrations and business process automation ● Creating reports, dashboards, and system views ● Taking part in internal testing and supporting end users during UAT ● Documenting technical solutions and assisting with project materials and presentations ● Actively learning and participating in the Creatio Developer certification program Requirements ● Initial experience in software development (internships, academic projects, junior roles) ● Solid knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem ● Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) ● Familiarity with Visual Studio or JetBrains Rider ● Understanding of SQL, relational databases, and Git ● Nice to have: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or other CRM experience. ● Interest in low-code platforms and process automation ● Analytical mindset and willingness to collaborate with clients ● English proficiency at B2 level or higher We offer ● Creatio Developer training and certification from day one ● Mentoring from experienced developers and solution architects ● Participation in international implementation projects ● Supportive, growth-oriented work culture ● Flexible cooperation models (B2B / Employment contract) ● Hybrid or remote work options
