Junior Business Data Analyst (Customer Success & Support) Why this role matters As a Junior Business Data Analyst at Ironwood Digital, you will be part of the Customer Success team that is responsible for managing our Global Customer portfolio. Your key responsibilities Monitor the workflow and follow up regularly with multiple stakeholders involved in the interconnection process Track and report on Customer Success Operations Team performance, providing detailed analysis of trends, major issues on daily/weekly/monthly basis Support Customer Success Operations Team management to enhance existing and develop new Performance Dashboards Assist the Customer Success Operations Team with providing data for projects and ad-hoc activities Collaborate with Business and Data Analysts in other business units, including Customer Success Teams, Technical Account Managers, Support Teams, Business Operations, Data Engineering and Quality & Innovation What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers Proficient in the use of SQL, Python, Data Visualisation (e.g. Tableau/Power BI or other), MS Excel or GSheet Ability to produce Dashboards using AI tools, built AI Agents or/and manipulated data using AI Strong business analytical skills; ability to apply business logic to design and implement data mining techniques on large data sets Understanding of Data Warehousing How you'll benefit Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health benefits and wellness programs Flexible working arrangements A collaborative, tech-forward environment where your data directly influences company strategy Additional benefits and perks will be shared and discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process #LI-MW1 There’s no perfect candidate.
