Junior Business Analyst (Process Mapping)

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Junior Business Analyst (Process Mapping)Responsibilities:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectivesDesign and document business processes (current-state and future-state), including process maps, workflows, and standard operating proceduresPartner with product and project teams to align process design with system and product capability, without owning the system/technical knowledge itselfFacilitate workshops and discussions with business and process/product colleagues to gather requirements and validate process designsIdentify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardisationClearly communicate process designs, findings, and recommendations to both business and technical audiencesSupport the transition and embedding of new or revised processes into business-as-usual operations Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design (not purely systems/technical analysis)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate business needs clearly for both business and technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with business colleagues, product owners, and project teamsStructured, analytical approach to problem-solving and process designAbility to work independently and take ownership of deliverables with minimal process-team supportNice to have:Experience with PowerApps Offer:Constant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
