Junior Active Directory

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Service Desk, Technical Support, or a related IT role. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration, including: User, group, and computer account management, Organizational Units (OUs), Permissions and access management. Hands on experience with Active Directory Domain Controller. (must-have) Hands on experience with DNS (must-have) Knowledge/experience in FSMO (Flexible Single Master Operations) (must-have) Basic understanding of Windows Server administration and core services such as Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. Basic knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) and policy application. Basic troubleshooting skills, including reviewing logs, identifying common issues, following troubleshooting procedures, and escalating complex issues. Basic exposure to PowerShell for administrative tasks, reporting, or simple automation. Basic awareness of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity concepts. Knowledge or exposure to Azure AD Connect / hybrid identity synchronization is an advantage. Familiarity with Windows Admin Center is a plus. Exposure to VMware or Hyper-V, backup concepts, and basic networking is an advantage. Basic understanding of ITIL, incident management, change management, and service delivery processes is preferred. Good communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in IT Infrastructure, Identity, or Systems Administration. Ability to work effectively with technical teams and follow established security and operational procedures.
