Main Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery. Facilitate workshops, document processes, and support Agile teams. Contribute to successful project outcomes across complex organizations. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or business transformation projects. Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to create clear requirements and documentation. Nice to Have Experience across different industries (finance, telecom, technology, automotive, etc.). Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
