Jira Cloud Administrator

Salary: $151000 - 164000 per year Requirements: We need 3-5 years of hands-on enterprise experience administering and configuring Jira Cloud environments. We are looking for specialized expertise with advanced Jira capabilities, including complex workflows, Kanban boards, permissions, and native automation rules. We require a strong track record of turning non-technical business requests into scalable, standardized system configurations. We value excellent documentation skills and collaborative communication, along with experience managing Confluence spaces and working within shared governance models. Responsibilities: We will have you administer and fine-tune complex Jira Cloud infrastructure, including workflows, screens, and custom fields, to support scalable technical solutions for varied business teams. We will rely on you to design and implement advanced Jira automation rules that reduce manual work and improve cross-functional project management efficiency. You will partner with internal administration teams, business stakeholders, and external Atlassian support vendors to coordinate platform enhancements and resolve technical issues. You will create tailored Jira structures, issue types, and tracking metrics to improve operational visibility, resource reporting, and executive transparency.
