Java Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development, operation and support of critical business applications in a global environment. Apply engineering best practices to build and maintain microservices, cloud-native applications and distributed systems. Support the introduction of new products and help develop the product approval process. Contribute to the team’s software solutions strategy and the maintenance of shared technology platforms. Promote a strong engineering culture through sound development practices, collaboration and continuous improvement. Participate actively in Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Uphold high standards of integrity, diligence and fair dealing, while managing conflicts of interest and complying with applicable laws, regulations and risk management requirements.
