Java Fullstack Developer

On behalf of our clients across banking, the public sector, and e-commerce (including a market leader in the region), we are looking for experienced Java Developers open to a hybrid role in Warsaw. We offer the opportunity to drive system development using modern technologies across the Java ecosystem (Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes) within mature teams and divers projects.Our expectationsMinimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Java DeveloperSolid hands-on experience with core technologies: Java 11–21, Spring, and Spring BootProficiency in data persistence: JPA, Hibernate, and Spring DataHands-on experience developing RESTful and SOAP web servicesStrong knowledge of relational databases and SQLProficiency with version control systems (Git)Solid unit and integration testing skills (JUnit, Spock, Mockito) alongside frontend testing experience (Jest, Cypress, TestNG, or similar)Good understanding of containerization (Docker)Experience with build automation tools: Maven or GradleHands-on frontend development experience using Angular and/or ReactStrong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)Readiness for hybrid work in WarsawWelcome SkillsExperience in at least one of the following areas (project-dependent)Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or AzureContainer orchestration: KubernetesMessaging & Event Streaming: Kafka or JMSDatabase & Caching technologies: NoSQL databases, Redis, Ignite, or HazelcastModern Web Development: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, RxJS, state management (NgRx / Redux / Vuex), and build tooling (npm / Webpack / Angular CLI)Secondary Languages: KotlinApplication Security: OWASP Top 10, OAuth2, JWT, and Spring SecurityQuality & Operations: Performance optimization/testing, CI/CD pipelines, and JenkinsKey tasksDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using Java and modern frameworks.Implement clean, well-tested REST/SOAP APIs and integrate frontend interfaces with backend services.Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, stability, and high performance.Collaborate within cross-functional, Agile teams on system architecture, code reviews, and feature planning.Debug, optimize, and refactor existing applications while maintaining documentation and supporting deployment pipelines.
