To be successful as a Java Full Stack Developer, you should have experience with: Strong hands-on experience with Java 17/21 and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) in building scalable production applications. Advanced front-end development experience using React and/or Angular with excellent JavaScript skills. Proven ability to design and implement robust RESTful APIs/services. Strong experience with Maven/Gradle and modern software development lifecycle practices. Strong testing expertise across multiple layers: Unit testing (JUnit / Mockito). Mutation testing (PiTest / Stryker). Component/integration testing (Karate / WireMock / React Testing Library) . Strong database experience with SQL Server / Oracle, including writing efficient queries and understanding data models. Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools (Elastic / Kibana) for troubleshooting and production support.
