Java Full Stack Architect

Location: Sunrise Beach, MO Work Arrangement: Hybrid Contract Duration: 6 Months Experience Required: 8-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application development, Java full-stack technologies, and reactive programming. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across front-end and back-end development while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Develop scalable and maintainable back-end services and application components. Implement reactive programming principles for responsive and high-performance applications. Work across both front-end and back-end technology stacks. Design and develop web services and service-oriented application components. Collaborate closely with product teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate in application architecture, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Identify opportunities for application modernization, performance improvement, and technical innovation. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions. Follow Agile development practices and contribute to team planning and delivery activities. Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, maintainability, and application performance. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development. Strong hands-on experience with Java Full Stack Development . Strong understanding of reactive programming concepts and implementation. Experience developing enterprise-level applications. Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development. Experience with web services and service-oriented architectures. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively with product and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile environments. Strong understanding of application architecture and integration patterns. Experience with API and web-service development. Ability to contribute innovative solutions to complex technical problems. Strong teamwork and stakeholder collaboration skills.
