Remote Customer Support Associate
We are seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused on helping clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating with clients by phone, email, and text Assisting customers with questions and service requests Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Updating client records and documenting interactions Following up with clients to ensure a positive experience Managing and organizing information within company systems Providing professional and friendly customer support Working independently while meeting established performance expectations Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional phone and email etiquette Excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfortable using computers and web-based applications Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Customer service, administrative, or support experience is helpful but not required
