📋 Description Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code-quality oversight for offshore full-stack Drive daily execution and delivery across API integration, backend engineering, and conversational Coordinate with onshore solution architects, platform leads, and engineering managers to align Lead the modernization of legacy systems, including wrapping WCF services with RESTful APIs and Oversee middleware and connector development, ensuring alignment across API specifications, data Guide prompt engineering, LLM tuning, and conversational flow optimization for voice and chat 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading or contributing to major telecommunications transformation initiatives Strong full-stack development and backend engineering experience, with hands-on expertise Strong understanding of API integration, middleware services, enterprise systems, and microservices Experience with prompt engineering and conversational AI development, including integrating APIs Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern cloud-based application Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring onshore, offshore, or distributed engineering teams. 🎁 Benefits Remote work opportunity.
