Requirements:
Ideal candidate: Confident communication in Italian. Upper-intermediate English language skills. 0,5 years of experience in techical support/service desk support role. Excellent soft skills and a customer-focused mindset. Being interested in IT and technical gadgets and simply enjoying surfing the Internet. Looking for an international working environment.

Daily tasks: - Use your Italian language knowledge to talk to customers via email, chat and telephone while providing comprehensive guidance and information on IT-related issues.
– Ensuring that all customer contact with the Service Desk is precisely recorded throughout the lifecycle of tickets.
– Ensuring that tickets are managed and prioritized in an orderly manner.
– Having a proactive approach to service improvement.
– Provide quality information.
– Delegation of problems that cannot be resolved on the first level to the more competent Level 2 teams.
