About the role
Be the technology expert who keeps employees productive by delivering fast, reliable, and impactful IT support every day. Key Responsibilities · Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related software. · Provide technical support for hardware, software, and Office 365 applications. · Troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT issues in a timely manner. · Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance. · Manage user access to company systems and applications. · Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams on technical concerns. · Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets. · Provide VIP support for management and critical users when needed. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. · At least 3 years of experience in hardware and software support. · Knowledge of Windows/Linux Operating Systems. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 365. · Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
