IT Team Leader

Working in IT at Ironwood Digital contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ We are seeking a highly motivated Team Lead to guide a cross‑functional group of software engineers and business analysts within our Product Owner team . In this role, you will ensure that product strategy is translated into actionable technical work, high‑quality delivery, and measurable business outcomes. You will foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement while serving as a key partner to Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders. How you create impact Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and business analysts. Translate product goals into clear, prioritized backlog items aligned with business needs. Oversee sprint planning, execution, and timely delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions. Ensure high standards of quality, security, and compliance across deliveries. Provide technical guidance on architecture, solution design, and engineering best practices. Drive continuous improvement in team processes, communication, and delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful product delivery. What we would like you to bring Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in Java and Angular , enterprise application development, and technical solution design. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with requirements engineering, user stories, and process modeling. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Hands-on leadership with the ability to balance strategic and operational priorities. Experience with scaled Agile frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise systems. Coaching and mentoring experience, with a focus on continuous improvement and metrics-driven delivery.
