IT Systems Analyst/ Application Systems Analyst/ Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst that will drive business innovation by turning requirements into technology solutions that improve systems, processes, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Prepare technical documentation, process flows, data dictionaries, and system designs. Coordinate with developers and stakeholders on application enhancements. Perform system integration testing and data validation. Assist in effort estimation for development projects. Support issue resolution and service desk escalations. Ensure solutions align with development standards and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Development. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall). Basic SQL and relational database knowledge. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
