IT Support Specialist

Brief Summary: Join a dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist, responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues while providing exceptional user assistance. Supporting video conferencing, remote work tools, and communication platforms. Managing device setup, imaging, and user access. Assisting with on-site or remote technical support requests. Maintaining asset logs and IT documentation. Performing system updates and configuration changes. Liaising with third-party providers or vendors on repairs or replacements. Supporting installations of new software and systems. Ensuring data backups and recovery tools are operational. Assisting with security compliance, antivirus, and patch management. Requirements: Education: Diploma or degree in IT or a related field. 2-4 years of IT support experience. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, including remote support. Experience with Windows, macOS, and M365. Familiarity with networking, VPNs, and Active Directory. A team player with a passion for helping others.
