Respond to and resolve IT support requests, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
📋 Description Respond to and resolve IT support requests promptly. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Set up employee user accounts across internal tools and hardware. Use endpoint and asset management tooling to manage hardware. Use knowledge base to resolve common issues. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when needed. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years IT support or help desk experience. Customer-focused with passion for technology. Basic understanding of Windows and macOS. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with TCP/IP networking.
