IT Support Analyst

📋 Description Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; maintain system security. Support clinical and administrative functions; ensure reliable IT systems. Collaborate with IT and healthcare staff for regulatory compliance. Travel between West Covina and Compton; 50-75% onsite. 🎯 Requirements 1–3 years IT support experience. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, tech, or business. Onsite 50-75% at West Covina and Compton; travel as needed. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Telephony experience (Talkdesk or Braadsoft) is a plus. 🎁 Benefits Base salary: $84,000–$98,000; up to 1% target bonus. Medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with match.
