We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Service Manager working mainly for the Swiss Market. What you’ll do IT Controls and KCI, cost allocations and recharges to Business entities Cloud, Data and Outsourcing governance IT Applications consumed by Swiss Business entities, IT Impairments linked to the consuming Business entities Major IT Deliveries impacting the Business entities, IT Delivery Services materiality assessments Intra Group Service Agreement breaks Records Management for the IT department in Switzerland Swiss IT Procedure recertification, swiss hosted vulnerabilities management What you need to have to succeed in this role Highly organised with strong administrative knowledge and skills Efficiency across Microsoft Office Excel, Confluence and SharePoint Significant demonstrable experience of working in a change environment, either in a portfolio or programme/project office or in a delivery capacity Financial Services / Banking knowledge Good planning & time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively Be self-motivated and able to work independently, and under own initiative with a sense of ownership and accountability. Display good negotiation and influencing skills and can use these skills appropriately even under pressure. What we offer The pay range for this role is 15025 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross). Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
