About the role

Salary: $74000 - 117000 per year Requirements: Associates degree in IT, Informatics, MIS or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred)/n- CompTIA A+ certification preferred/n- One or more years of experience in a technical support environment preferred/n- Strong understanding of hardware and electronics, particularly desktops, laptops, and common peripherals (printers, scanners)/n- Proficient in Windows desktop operating systems (10-11), Microsoft Office (2021/365), and common desktop applications/n- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities/n- Strong organizational skills/n- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities/n- Ability to collaborate well within a team/n- Must be capable of prolonged sitting and lifting heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)/n- Willingness to occasionally travel locally Responsibilities: Manage and document requests and issues in the IT Service Management system according to established SLAs, ensuring timely processing of tickets/n- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts, PCs, networks, software, peripherals, and A/V equipment; provide desk-side support when necessary/n- Collaborate with users to gather the necessary paperwork and authorization for new hardware, software, and system requests/n- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking ownership of issues, keeping users informed during ticket resolution, and following up post-resolution for satisfaction/n- Configure, deploy, and support PCs and peripherals for staff, including system imaging, software installation/configuration, resource mapping, profile setup, data migration, and warranty repairs/replacements/n- Create and maintain accurate knowledgebase documentation for requests, issues, and known errors/n- Actively oversee inventory items, ensuring compliance with hardware and software licenses/n- Collaborate with team members on projects concerning new technology and initiatives/n- Provide after-hours support as needed through an on-call rotation/n- Enhance job knowledge by keeping up with industry changes and attending necessary training Technologies: Hardware Support Windows Office 365 Network More: At AMG Integrated Healthcare Management, we provide much more than just a job in the healthcare industry; we offer unique career opportunities for individuals eager to be part of a team dedicated to making a positive impact on our patients and hospital teams each day.
