IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

Salary: $135,200 - 145,600 per year Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, Scrum Master work, or related delivery roles Strong project planning, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills Experience in Agile/Scrum technology environments Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional teams Jira experience, including Jira Cloud Healthcare experience preferred Scrum or Agile certification preferred but not required; certifications may include CSM, PSM, SAFe, or LeSS Availability and readiness to work directly as a Genesis10 employee Responsibilities: Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables Coordinate work across business, technology, vendor, and stakeholder teams Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Track project and sprint progress and communicate updates to leaders and stakeholders Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks Work with Product Owners and technical teams to set priorities and maintain alignment Support resource planning and coordination across multiple workstreams Promote accountability and keep projects on schedule and aligned with business objectives Apply Agile practices in a way that fits the project and team Technologies: Cloud Support JIRA LESS Project Manager More: We are recruiting for a hybrid IT Project Manager / Scrum Master role with a regional health insurance provider in Eagan, Minnesota. This is a contract opportunity lasting at least six months, with compensation of $65–$70 per hour on a W-2 basis, depending on qualifications.
