IT Project Manager - Hybrid

Job Description We are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and manage software development and IT projects from planning to implementation. The role will be responsible for coordinating with business and technical teams, monitoring project progress, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Key Responsibilities Manage IT projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with Developers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and business teams. Manage Agile/Scrum activities and project deliverables. Monitor project timeline, scope, budget, risks, and issues. Coordinate UAT, system deployment, migration, and implementation activities. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure projects meet business requirements and quality standards. Identify and resolve project issues and dependencies. Work closely with software development and IT infrastructure teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of IT Project Management experience. 3+ years of experience managing Agile/Scrum teams. Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development processes. Experience in software development, system integration, and deployment. At least some experience or exposure to IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Networking . Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms . Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is an advantage.
