IT Project Manager – ERP Systems

Location: Business Park, Cebu Work Setup: Fully Onsite Schedule: Dayshift | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP Business One implementations. This role combines project leadership, client consultancy, and hands-on functional oversight to deliver ERP projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle SAP Business One implementations from blueprinting to go-live and support. Act as a lead consultant, guiding SMB clients through business process design and best practices. Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Supervise, mentor, and lead cross-functional project teams and technical consultants. Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction. Requirements Hands-on functional experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) . Proven track record in Project Management and business consultancy . Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and client expectations. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus.
