Power BI Developer (Mid to Senior Level)

Job Title: Power BI Developer 📍Location: MOA Pasay City 📍Setup: Purely work onsite 📍Schedule: 9:00 am - 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday 📍Salary: 120,000 - 130,000 📍PROJECT BASED, Candidate must be available to start ASAP. Qualifications: 📍Seat #1: 130,000 4+ years of Power BI development experience. Experience designing and supporting enterprise BI solutions. Hands-on experience developing ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines. Experience managing Power BI workspaces, deployments, and governance. Experience in Databricks is a plus Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred. 📍Seat #2: 120,000 3–4 years of hands-on Power BI development, including working knowledge of DAX (measures, calculated columns, basic context transition). Solid SQL skills (Oracle PL/SQL and/or MS SQL Server T-SQL), able to read and modify existing stored procedures. Familiarity with incremental refresh and semantic model basics (star schema, fact/dimension tables). Exposure to ETL/data pipeline concepts; comfortable extending existing logic rather than only building from scratch. Good communication skills for coordinating with business stakeholders and IT counterparts. Nice to have: exposure to Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory) or retail/supply chain data.
