IT Project Manager

ProjectWe are looking for an IT Project Manager to join a technology team responsible for improving the engineering experience around controls compliance and technology standards.The project focuses on enhancing and rolling out an application that gives control teams better visibility into the deployment of software artifacts across different environments and helps them build a clearer picture of technology risk.You willPlan, mobilise and direct the project from definition through to closureManage the end-to-end delivery of the application enhancement and rollout initiativeBalance project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, outcomes and expected benefitsWork closely with Delivery Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment with the wider change portfolioCollaborate with internal technology customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project requirementsWork with development teams to establish a feasible delivery plan and coordinate implementation activitiesManage stakeholder expectations across regions and maintain a clear global perspectiveSupport the rollout and adoption of the new application across 1,000+ teamsMonitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive appropriate actionsEnsure effective communication throughout the project lifecycleApply appropriate project management methodologies and best practices to deliver successful outcomesMust have7+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally in enterprise technology environmentsProven experience managing projects from initiation through to delivery and closureExcellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practicesStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly ScrumGood understanding of the software delivery lifecycleExperience working with software development and delivery teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work effectively across regions and with globally distributed teamsExperience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependenciesStrong understanding of how change drives benefits for customers and other stakeholdersExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesFluent English and PolishNice to haveExperience with software inventory or software asset management initiativesExperience with software agent rollout and adoptionBackground in software delivery or software development lifecycle projectsFamiliarity with technology controls, compliance or engineering standardsExperience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programmesOur offerRelocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another cityBenefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport Benefit card; life insurance
