IT PM – Business Continuity & Infrastructure Recovery

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:IT PM – Business Continuity & Infrastructure RecoveryResponsibilities:Lead day-to-day project management activities within the Infrastructure Recovery Planning (IRP) trackFacilitate daily check-ins, recurring status meetings and stakeholder meetings across the programmeEnsure accurate and timely project status reporting and communicationAlign programme expectations with ongoing progress, deliverables and dependencies within the IRP trackIdentify and remove delivery obstacles, manage resources and coordinate activities across technology teamsIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies and emerging issuesScope, plan and schedule technical and non-technical infrastructure recovery testsCoordinate and oversee execution of recovery tests and related activitiesEnsure preparation, review and sign-off of test reports, including identified remediation actionsDrive handover and Service Transition Management (STM) activities to the relevant IRP/ITSCM ownersEnsure alignment of recovery plans and deliverables across different projects and technology areasDrive completion of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Device Services and Onsite SupportCoordinate development and end-to-end testing of the recovery solution using USB devices, clean laptops and Microsoft Autopilot profilesFinalise work instructions covering maintenance triggers, controls and ongoing operation of the solutionUpdate Infrastructure Recovery Plans to reflect the new recovery solutionCoordinate Service Transition Management activities and ensure successful handover of the solution to the relevant operational owner Requirements:3+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Service Continuity or Operational ResilienceProven experience working as a Project Manager within technology or IT infrastructure environmentsPrevious experience in the Financial Services / FSI sectorSolid understanding of infrastructure recovery and technology resilience processesHands-on experience in defining, developing and executing complex technology recovery testsExperience creating and maintaining Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery frameworks, plans and documentationAbility to develop processes, procedures, policies, frameworks and operational documentationStrong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating multiple technology teamsAbility to manage dependencies and align plans and deliverables across different projectsStrong project planning, risk management and reporting skillsProactive and delivery-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownershipStrong communication, collaboration and teamwork skillsFluency in English (both written and spoken) Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
