IT Operations Support Engineer

Responsibilities Manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities within agreed service levels. Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune. Support user onboarding, offboarding, access management, and workplace technology services. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Maintain ICT asset inventories, software licences, operational records, and audit documentation. Support ICT governance, cybersecurity, compliance reviews, and operational reporting. Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Administration, Service Management, or Infrastructure Support. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and workplace technologies. Familiarity with IT service management processes, user administration, and service request management. Experience working with vendors and managed service providers. Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience within the Singapore Government ICT environment. Familiarity with WOG ICT processes and platforms such as ITSM Portal, SGMail Administration Portal, and EUSS. Experience supporting user provisioning, access management, email administration, and endpoint support services.
