IT Operations Associate

I. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in monitoring servers and infrastructure. Participate in on-call rotations for basic monitoring and support tasks. Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and update technical documentation. Perform inventory of software. Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases. II. Others Actively supports and promotes the company’s mission, vision, and corporate values. Contributes to achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the Company. Executes duties with the necessary functional expertise and competencies. Ensures the successful attainment of at least "Meets Expectations" for OKRs and KPIs. Adheres to company policies, rules, and regulations. Undertakes any other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
