📋 Description Manage end-to-end procurement of hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals) and Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory and enforce lifecycle policies including refresh cycles and Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and optimize spend while ensuring hardware meets performance Coordinate device onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, leveraging Jamf for Serve as the escalation point for IT support issues, ensuring timely resolution of hardware Maintain and improve the IT helpdesk ticketing system, SLA targets, and support documentation. 🎯 Requirements 3–6 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 1–2 years in an IT management or lead Hands-on experience managing macOS device fleets using Jamf Pro, including policy management, Smart Proficiency administering Google Workspace, including user provisioning, security settings, shared Experience managing Okta, including SSO application integrations, lifecycle management, MFA Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, VLANs).
