About the role As an IT Governance Manager, you will design, develop, and operate reporting solutions that support IT governance, risk and performance management, while also coordinating and steering reporting requirements and processes together with relevant stakeholders. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI), ensuring high data quality, performance, and secure access to information, while also translating organizational and regulatory needs into reporting logic. We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who will take ownership of reporting solutions end-to-end—from data integration and modeling to visualization and continuous optimization—while supporting the evolution towards data-driven IT governance, including future (Gen)AI-powered analytics. Ideally this is paired with an understanding over overall processes and the ability to interact with relevant stakeholders and relationship managers. How you will get the job done designing and implementing reporting solutions (e.g. KPI dashboards, compliance, and risk reports) to support IT governance and decision-making while aligning processes and reporting logic with stakeholders operating and continuously improving reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI), including managing workspaces, configuring gateways and monitoring performance building, maintaining, and optimizing data models, data flows and pipelines (ETL/ELT) while ensuring business relevance of data structures ensuring data quality and integrity through testing (e.g. pipeline logic tests, data validation, feature testing) and structured release processes collaborating closely with IT architecture, infrastructure, and governance stakeholders to gathering requirements and evolving reporting capabilities and acting as interface to wider stakeholder community supporting the rollout of data-driven reporting solutions into production environments identifying opportunities to improving reporting processes (both technical and conceptual/reporting governance perspective) and implementing enhancements contributing to advanced analytics initiatives, including (Gen)AI/LLM-based analysis of IT metrics Skills and experience you will need fluent in English several years of experience in building and developing BI, reporting or analytics solutions combined with strong business or controlling perspective strong experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI), including dashboard design, KPI frameworks and data modeling strong understanding of IT governance, IT service management, or IT controlling (KPIs, SLAs, compliance, risk) understanding of regulatory landscape with a focus on IT Governance – or a strong willingness to learn strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear reports and visual insights hands-on experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes and building data pipelines experience with data quality assurance, testing approaches, and documentation knowledge of security and access management in reporting environments (role-based access control, permissions) strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear reports and visual insights experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or project-based environments high level of ownership and reliability, with the ability to drive topics independently excellent communication skills, including presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Perks & Benefits Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
