IT Engineering Manager (Marketing Technologies)

Role Overview The IT Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the infrastructure engineering team in supporting and evolving the Direct Market Technology platform environment. This position blends technical leadership, personnel management, and heavy hands-on system engineering to ensure maximum uptime, optimal infrastructure planning, and successful execution of complex technology migrations. What You Will Do Manage a team of direct reports, oversee technical project execution, prioritize goals and priorities for staff, ensure deliverables are on target with goals, and align processes with department goals.
