IT Engineer

Salary: $66000 - 66000 per year Requirements: Were looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, with MSP background strongly preferred. You should have strong troubleshooting ability for Windows desktop environments. You need solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 user support and identity or login-related issues. You should understand core networking concepts, though advanced engineering experience is not required. We value strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. You should be able to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining a high standard of work. A valid drivers license is required, along with comfort traveling to local and regional client sites. Responsibilities: We provide onsite and remote L1/L2 support to end users at client locations. We troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 issues, including user profiles, performance, printing, applications, and peripherals. We support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and MFA or login issues. We handle workstation deployment and setup for PCs, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and mobile devices. We perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, Wi‑Fi, DNS/DHCP fundamentals, and switching basics. We support common business applications and line-of-business software as needed. We use ticketing and RMM tools to manage work, record troubleshooting steps, and keep resolution notes accurate. We escalate issues appropriately, providing clear diagnostics and relevant context. We maintain accurate documentation for client environments and standard processes. We represent Citara professionally onsite and build trust through strong communication and follow-through.
