📋 Description Deploy and manage VDI; administer MDM and device tools. Oversee AV and video conferencing platforms. Manage IT services: Microsoft 365, VPN, antivirus. Optimize EUC assets; improve IT procedures for efficiency. Provide training and hands-on end-user support. Offer off-duty infrastructure support and other tasks as assigned. 🎯 Requirements Team leadership: 5+ yrs EUC/IT team mgmt; mentoring; performance mgmt. Scaling IT ops: scale from 200 to 500+ employees. MDM/UEM: Intune, Jamf, Kandji in mixed macOS/Windows. Identity management: Okta/Azure Entra for provisioning, MFA, SSO. Virtualization: VDI or DaaS (AWS WorkSpaces, Azure Virtual Desktop).
