Job Description As an IT Consultant – Collaboration & Infrastructure Applications, you will serve as the Service Owner for a range of collaboration and infrastructure applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and internally developed and smaller off‑the‑shelf infrastructure tools, ensuring operation in a stable, secure, and cost‑efficient manner. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service providers to define, maintain, and evolve the collaboration landscape. You will play a key part in our current transformation journey, focusing on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across all supported services. End-to-end service ownership for M365 collaboration applications such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate or other Infrastructure collaboration applications Support and further develop self-built tools and several smaller off‑the‑shelf applications. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of all assigned services. Contribute to solution designs and support architectural decisions in alignment with enterprise standards. Identify and drive improvements around automation, standardization, and cost efficiency. Coordinate and steer external service providers across L1, L2, and partially L3 operations, ensuring SLA and KPI fulfillment. Manage incidents, problems, and changes and ensure high service quality, service continuity and proper documentation. Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating requirements into solution designs and support the implementation of collaboration and workflow solutions. Support adoption of collaboration tools and promote modern, standardized ways of working. Maintain governance, security, documentation, and compliance across all services. Evaluate new M365 features from a technical perspective and support their integration into the environment. Qualifications Strong technical and practical expertise in M365 collaboration services, e.g. SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Experience with custom or internally developed applications is beneficial. Experience with cloud service management, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code solutions. Understanding of service management processes (ITIL) and operational governance. Proven ability to coordinate and manage external service providers (L1–L3). Solid architectural understanding of M365 integrations, workflows, and governance. Ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and service improvements. Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills. Analytical mindset focused on efficiency, stability, automation, and modernization. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
