📋 Description Drive the adoption of forward-thinking technology in rapid-growth environments Develop unique, cutting-edge solutions to business problems by leveraging technology Provide high-touch support to executives, executive assistants, and staff Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues and assist with daily requests Create new users, configure laptops, and set up desks/workstations Train users on and assist with the use of tools and technology to meet business needs 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of general IT support experience MacOS and Windows desktop experience MDM (device posturing) experience (Addigy, Intune) Working knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD Experience with common SaaS Offerings (including, but not limited to, Microsoft365, Box, Dropbox Working functional knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), with particular 🎁 Benefits Salary $75,000-85,000 per year, dependent on experience, plus a quarterly incentive pay program Healthcare: Premiums 100% covered for employees, 50% for dependents for our base level plan with Medical HRA: Company-funded reimbursement account to help cover copays, deductibles, and coinsurance Optional dental and vision plans are offered for you to opt into 401(k) Offering Unlimited PTO
