IT Business Analyst (Transportation)

Salary: $85,000 - 88,000 per year Requirements: We seek candidates with at least 4 years of IT business analyst experience in road transportation. We require at least 2 years of Mastery Mastermind deployment or support experience. We require experience completing one full-lifecycle OBC deployment and one full-lifecycle TMS deployment. We require at least 1 year of OBC or TMS support experience. We require at least 1 year of experience gathering requirements through SDLC workshops. We seek proven ability to work with cross-functional, matrixed teams. We require availability to complete all work during Central Standard Time hours. We value strong communication, organization, clear thinking, time management, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently while asking thoughtful questions. Desired experience includes Motive deployments, Road Energy Transportation, and Snowflake integrations. Candidates must be available and prepared to work directly as Genesis10 employees. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to interpret business needs and translate them into improved processes and technology solutions for TMS and OBC systems. We expect you to help business customers develop business cases for new applications or functionality, including cost-benefit and risk-impact analyses. You will support the Mastery/Motive deployment by reviewing the ticket backlog, prioritizing issues, and driving them to resolution. We will ask you to gather requirements for deploying solutions to additional product lines. You will develop test plans and test cases, conduct functional testing, and support effective user acceptance testing. You will support, test, and enhance information systems of simple to moderate complexity. We expect you to maintain detailed documentation and provide training to new users of supported applications when requested. You will participate in unit and integration testing, cutover activities, and hypercare support. We expect you to uphold a strong safety culture and follow applicable safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Compensation is $85–$88 per hour on a W-2 basis, depending on qualifications.
