📋 Description Assess the EU Environmental Testing market, regulatory expectations, and laboratory operational Support EU-focused pricing, client segmentation, and demand modeling to guide product and Recommend improvements to enhance turnaround time (TAT), analytical quality, data reliability, and Serve as primary liaison between EU laboratory stakeholders and the Product Development team. Elicit, document, and refine Business Requirements, User Requirements, and acceptance criteria Maintain and update process documentation, including BRD (Business Requirements Document), URD 🎯 Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, laboratory operations, or Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in an Agile Familiarity with laboratory informatics such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and Excellent communication and facilitation skills across multi-cultural EU teams.
