NCS is a subsidiary of the Singtel Group. About the role: We are seeking an IT Business Analyst - Mid Level to join NCS Philippines in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions. As a mid-level analyst, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating complex business needs into clear technical specifications. This role is integral to our delivery of high-quality IT solutions and strategic initiatives across our client portfolio. What you'll be doing: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications and system designs Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and development teams to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement Develop detailed documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories Participate in requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings with key business stakeholders to ensure complete understanding of needs Support the design and implementation of IT solutions that align with business objectives and provide measurable value Create and maintain system documentation, data flow diagrams, and process models to support project delivery Conduct gap analysis between current and desired state systems and propose solutions Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet documented business requirements Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process optimisation and continuous improvement Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar analytical role with BANKING experience with experience on handling government compliance Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and specification writing Experience with business process modelling tools and techniques Solid understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems Demonstrated experience working with databases, data models, and understanding of SQL is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels Experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.) would be beneficial Proficiency in creating visual documentation and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar software Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Industry knowledge in finance, telecommunications, or healthcare sectors is preferred but not essential What we offer: At NCS Philippines, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional growth and wellbeing.
