About the role
Job Description: We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our Mortgage Service Domain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and communicating functional and non-functional requirements using data, process, and information modeling techniques. Responsibilities: Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements using modeling techniques Translate business needs into development tasks and user stories for software teams Contribute to IT solution design and participate in the design process Resolve business questions and issues throughout software design and development Requirements: Proven experience in eliciting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements Advanced knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling tools Ability to translate business needs into precise development tasks English language proficiency at C1 level Strong business communication skills and problem-solving abilities We Offer: Hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week onsite in Warsaw, Gdynia, or Gdańsk Attractive B2B rate of 100-120 PLN/hour (net) Opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic team
