[Internship] Sales Support Intern

Job Description Process Sales Orders, Service Sales Orders and export related documents on SAP. Assist in logistics topic related to track the shipment status, factory backlog and handle the customs paperwork. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and prepare presentations to support monthly meetings or on-call business reviews. Perform weekly Sales Order tracking and Inventory lists to update with customers on their order status and collect information in preparation for deliveries. Provide other administrative support (contract drafting, correspondence handling, ad-hoc tasks,…). Qualifications 3rd or 4th year student Open to candidates with no experience or relevant experience Mandatory: Vietnamese and English Optional: Additional languages a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) SAP experience preferred Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities Clear and concise communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Logical thinking and analytical mindset Collaborative and supportive team player Positive attitude and self-reliant Passionate about continuous learning and improvement Full-time commitment required Company Description The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services, in the areas of automotive and industrial technology, consumer goods as well as building technology.
