Internal Audit VP Data Scientist

Salary: $30,500 - 50,500 per year Requirements: We are looking for demonstrated leadership and influencing ability, with a track record of building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. We need advanced knowledge of machine learning approaches, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques. Responsibilities: We evaluate and develop new analytics ideas, making sure they align with audit priorities and organizational goals. We facilitate stakeholder sessions to refine problem statements and confirm a shared understanding of the need. We define expected benefits and gather evidence to support proposals and prioritization. We present findings and recommendations to decision-makers to support clear go/no-go outcomes. We lead feasibility work, including environment setup, data acquisition, prototyping, and results review, then iterate based on what we learn. We produce clear documentation and ensure effective hand-off of materials to the product owner for downstream delivery. We promote collaboration, critical thinking, and experimentation, while helping teams understand data governance and required use-case approvals.
