We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating hiring processes. An ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

ii. Screening of resumes and conducting initial telephonic HR interview.
iii. Arrangement of interviews and post interview documentation from interviewers
iv. Coordination with prospective candidates
v. Managing contracts & billing of hiring partners
b. On – boarding:
i. To ensure the completion of pre – joining formalities i.e. medical test, reference check, issue of offer
letter, follow-up for resignation in current organization etc.
ii. To ensure the completion of post – joining formalities i.e. verify the required documents, issuing
appointment letter, complete induction process.
iii. Track mentor – mentee meetings and maintain reports.
c. Data Management:
i. Maintain and update all personal files of the associates (hard & soft copies)
ii. Maintain all HR documents as per the ISO documentation norms.
