Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements: Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; a bachelors degree is also preferred 1–3 years of experience in technical support, application support, systems integration, or a related IT role Basic understanding of system integrations, interfaces, APIs, data movement, or application connectivity Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Able to analyze issues and coordinate resolutions across multiple teams Able to follow established processes, procedures, and technical guidance Experience supporting enterprise applications or integration platforms is preferred Exposure to APIs, data exchanges, middleware, or system interfaces is preferred Familiarity with service management or ticketing tools is preferred Knowledge of business process workflows and application support best practices is preferred Responsibilities: Support technical integration activities across business applications and systems Help troubleshoot integration issues, data flow interruptions, and system connectivity concerns Monitor and maintain integration points to support reliable business operations Test and validate integrations, enhancements, and updates Work with technical teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues Assist with incident management, issue follow-up, and resolution tracking Maintain technical documentation, support records, and integration procedures Escalate complex issues when appropriate and follow established technical processes and best practices Contribute to operational stability initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Technologies: Flow Incident Management Support AI LESS More: We are seeking an Integration Technician I for our client in Southaven, Mississippi.
