Lead customer and partner integrations with API-based approaches.
📋 Description Lead technically complex customer and partner integrations with API-based approaches. Own end-to-end API lifecycle: onboarding, versioning, deprecation. Define, promote, and govern API standards for scalable onboarding. Partner with Product and Engineering to influence API roadmap priorities. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify and manage integration risks and ensure delivery timelines and SLAs. 🎯 Requirements Strong experience in customer-facing technical integration or API-led roles. Proven experience owning and supporting production APIs, including onboarding. Strong grasp of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, data mapping. Experience with API lifecycle management, versioning, and change communication. Familiarity with regulatory data concepts, metadata, and data lineage.
