The Integrated Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually engaging design work across print, out-of-home (OOH), digital, and video formats. Reporting to the Senior Studio Manager and working closely with project / traffic management and production teams, you will bring concepts to life and ensure brand consistency across a wide range of deliverables. This role requires both conceptual design thinking and excellent technical execution skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across traditional and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Design and produce creative artwork for integrated campaigns including OOH, print, digital, social media. Develop high-quality layouts and visuals that align with client brand guidelines and creative briefs. Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and project managers to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns. Adapt creative concepts into various formats for both print and digital applications. Ensure accuracy and readiness of files for print production, working closely with suppliers and vendors when needed. Deliver optimized assets for digital platforms including websites, paid media, and social channels. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines. Qualifications 5+ years of design experience within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment. Strong portfolio showcasing integrated design work across print, OOH and digital. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Experience designing for both print (brochures, OOH, POS, collateral) and digital (web banners, social assets, video edits). Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to prepare artwork for print production with a solid knowledge of pre-press processes. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills (English and Vietnamese preferred). Collaborative mindset with a passion for design and creativity.
