Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our Infrastructure Security team , supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions on the ground. The role goes beyond server-level security — you'll oversee network and infrastructure security (including Cisco networking and IBM Guardium), working closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure secure and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions such as CyberArk, Tenable, Tripwire, IBM Guardium, and DevSecOps security tools. Oversee and support on-ground network infrastructure, including Cisco networking environments, as part of a broader infra-focused (not just server-focused) security scope. Perform POCs, system integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for security solutions. Support and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, networking, and firewall environments. Assist with vulnerability management, security hardening, access control, and compliance activities. Contribute to infrastructure implementation planning and roadmap discussions, supporting the team's forward-looking initiatives for the current infrastructure. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities. Work with vendors and technical teams to resolve security and infrastructure issues. Prepare technical documentation and provide technical training to customers and internal teams. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Security Engineering. Experience with cybersecurity solutions, particularly CyberArk (PAM) and Tenable (Vulnerability Management); exposure to IBM Guardium is a plus. Solid hands-on experience with Cisco networking and broader network infrastructure, beyond server-level administration. Good understanding of security hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance. Hands-on experience with Windows, VMware, networking, and firewalls. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or CDE are advantageous.
