Additional job description As an Industry Manager, you will be an architect of growth, forging trusted alliances with C-level stakeholders to align on ambitious business goals. You will harness the power of generative AI and predictive analytics to navigate profound industry shifts, winning with unique value and maximizing impact to prove the long-term success of our partners. Qualifications Job responsibilities Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business issues and priorities. Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities. Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business goals. Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership. Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership. Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing. Preferred qualifications Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of complex sales methodologies, market analysis, and business planning. Exceptional communication, people-management, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted C-level relationships and influence executive stakeholders. Deep passion for technology and digital solutions, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client success and alignment with Google’s goals. Proven track record of managing and expanding high-value, large-scale client portfolios, consistently achieving business goals and driving business growth.
