ICT Operations Support Engineer (M365)

We are looking for an ICT Operations Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT operations, user support, service request management and administration of workplace technologies. Working Hours: Mon-Fri Working Location: Central Job Type: Contract Salary Package: Up to $5500 (basic) + AWS Responsibilities Manage and track IT service requests, incidents and operational support activities. Support Microsoft 365 , including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID and Intune. Handle user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning and access management. Coordinate endpoint setup, software installation and workplace IT support. Work with vendors and service providers to ensure requests are completed within SLA. Maintain ICT asset, licence and operational records. Support IT governance, audits, access reviews and compliance activities. Assist with incident management, reporting and general ICT operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, infrastructure or end-user support. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies . Familiar with IT service management and service request processes. Good communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. Experience in government or regulated environments will be an advantage.
